Yes, the mattress must remain clean and free of stains or damage to be eligible for return. Using a mattress protector is strongly recommended, as soiled or damaged mattresses will not be accepted.
You must use the mattress for at least 30 nights before initiating a return to allow your body time to adjust. After that, you can request a return anytime between night 31 and night 100.
If you choose to return your mattress, customer service will arrange a pickup.
Once the mattress is returned, you’ll receive a full refund, excluding any additional shipping fees if the delivery address has changed from the original order.
