• Improper usage (voids the warranty):
• Damage from use with an inadequate foundation and/or frame.
• Mold or mildew caused from the use of the mattress on non-breathable surface.
• Mattress damage due to abuse, misuse or unsanitary treatment beyond reasonable use including, but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, stains, bodily fluids, or spills.
• Washing any part of the cover other than the removable top portion.
• Using mattress handles to lift mattress (designed for positional adjustment only).
• Normal increase of softness which can occur during regular use.
• Body indentations less than 1.5”
• Complications resulting from the use of, or inability to make use of, product.
• Individual comfort preferences.
• As a remedy for aches, pains or other health issues.
• Any Product used in a commercial setting

• In the event a warranty claim is filed and a warranty replacement is deemed necessary, purchaser will be required to surrender the original product to Dormir Mattresses at the time of replacement.
• Dormir Mattresses may, at its own option, repair or replace the cover provided on the mattress. In the event that we replace the mattress cover, Dormir will replace it with the current style of cover available for the mattress, which may be of a different color or material than the original cover provided.
• The warranties contained herein include the costs of shipping and handling, which are to be borne by Dormir. Additional shipping charges may apply if the mattress has been moved from the original shipping destination, or if the original shipping destination is in a remote location.
• Should this warranty be exercised and your product replaced and/or repaired, the warranty for the replacement product will be extended for the duration of the original ShopDormir.ca warranty only.

Our representatives or designated agents shall make the final determination regarding repair or replacement.

Terms and services related in this warranty shall be the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy should the product fail during the time frame stated herein. We make no warrant beyond those terms and conditions stated. PLEASE RETAIN THIS WARRANTY AND YOUR ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR AT LEAST TEN (10) YEARS FROM YOUR DATE OF PURCHASE.

Dormir Mattresses will refund 100% of your purchase price (less shipping costs) for any reason within the first 30 days from the date you receive your original order. This refund will be processed within 30 days from the time we receive your returned product. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We regret that we cannot accept ‘bill recipient’ packages.

Dormir Mattresses warrants each Pillow and Topper against defects in workmanship and materials during the warranty period. Dormir Mattresses maintains at its option, and expense to repair or replace and product should it be deemed to contain a defect covered under the terms of this warranty. This Limited Warranty lasts for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase indicated by the sales slip included in the purchase. This Limited Warranty extends to the original purchaser of this product only and cannot be transfer to another party.

Defects included under normal wear:

• Physical flaws such as splits or cracks which significantly impact performance of the mattress as long as damage is not due to improper handling or misuse.

• Take photos and measurements from a flat surface like a floor.
• Supporting documentation is required to process claim.
